Dietary Aide
PRIMARY RELATIONSHIPS: Will interact directly with dietary department team, residents,
their families, and all levels of staff.
OBJECTIVE: To provide quality food service in accordance with all State and Federal
regulations and to meet the nutritional and individual needs of the residents.
Maintenance Worker
PRIMARY RELATIONSHIPS: Will interact directly with residents, their families, and a level of
staff.
OBJECTIVE: The Maintenance Director is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and
directing the overall operation of the Maintenance Departments for buildings, grounds, and
equipment. These responsibilities are in accordance with current federal, state and local
standards, guidelines, and regulations. The Maintenance Director will ensure that the facility is
maintained in a safe and comfortable manner, under the direction of the Administrator.
Life Enrichment Aide (Activities)
PRIMARY RELATIONSHIPS: Will interact directly with activity department team, residents, their families, and all levels of staff.
OBJECTIVE: The Activity Aide ensures residents are engaged in a meaningful, program of
activities that meet the individual resident needs, under the direction of the Activity Director
Certified Nursing Assistant
PRIMARY RELATIONSHIPS: Residents, family members, clinical team and all levels of staff.
OBJECTIVE: The role of the Certified Nursing Assistant is to provide assigned residents with
routine daily nursing care in accordance with established facility nursing care procedures as
directed by clinical supervisors. The Certified Nursing Assistant reports any observed changes in
resident as they occur. Performs routine resident care dudes and tasks delegated by the registered
nurse, licensed practical nurse to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of residents. Provides
services in a manner compliant with all state and federal regulations as well as with any
applicable facility policies and procedures.
Licensed Practical Nurse
PRIMARY RELATIONSHIPS: Residents, families, physicians, consultants, and all levels of staff.
OBJECTIVE: The Licensed Practical Nurse shall perform in accordance with state and local laws
and within the guidelines of his/her professional organization. All functions shall be performed in
accordance with the established policies and practices of the institution in which the LPN is
performing his/her duties. LPN is qualified by education, training, and experience and
demonstrated abides to give nursing care under the direction of an RN and to have the knowledge of
the principles of psychosocial, biological, and social sciences.
